Summer SaplingBrewed with our friend, Ryan Witter Merithew of Casita Cerveceria, Summer Sapling is a simple yet elegant hoppy Belgian style blonde. We first met Ryan when he was working at Hill Farmstead a few years back, and his trip through Big Surs redwood forests last summer provided the inspiration for this beer. Brewed in July, bottled in August, and ready to drink now or in any season that suits your fancy.

This edition has been aged for 16 months in freshly emptied Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey barrels and then conditioned on bourbon vanilla from Madagascar

Imperial Stout Rested in Weller and Sazarec Rye Whiskey barrels for 30 months conditioned on Mexican Vanilla Beans and finished on Tugboatcoffee Guatemalan Coffee and Cassia Bark

We brewed this inky beast with ube and maple syrup
