New Norfolk Dormant Star Single Rum 500ml (ABV 47.5%)Dormant Star' is New Norfolk Distillery's first single rum, crafted at the historic Willow Court Asylum. Aged for over 2 years in the Derwent Valley Tasmania. Notes of vanilla, tobacco leaf and chocolate are layered with hints or orange and butterscotch to create a tipple you'd enjoy on an intergalactic voyage.

The remaining 6% is distilled from a “high rye” mash aged 6 years for added complexity
